I was fortunate enough to get Tim to help with my roofing issues following the derecho August 2020. As many others, my insurance company representative, indicated that there was no damage to my roof. I contacted Tim and he came and re- inspected, only to find a lot of damage, to both my garage and home roof. I submitted his estimate to insurance and of course they had to send another representative to recheck. Tim was more than willing to meet the representative, at my home when he came. With Tim’s knowledge, he was able to show him the damage, that was missed originally. With our first snow coming quickly, Tim made a point to prioritize my repairs and new roof. He was very prompt with his estimate appointment, and went out of his way to meet with my insurance folks. His crew was quick in removal and replacement of both house and garage AND completed in one day. The crew was pleasant and when they left, everything was cleaned up to the point, you wouldn’t have known this all this had just taken place. Thanks again Tim and Crew! I would highly recommend them for sure!
