Owner

Tim attended Marion High School along with Trent and Jared, where they played multiple sports together. He went on play football at Loras College. After college, Tim settled down in Denver, Colorado, where he met his wife Ashley and found his passion for roofing. After building a successful business in Colorado, Tim moved his business to Iowa and started Henry’s Roofing. Tim now lives in Hunters Ridge with Ashley and their three children. As a devoted father and business owner, Tim has learned what it takes to keep a healthy work/life balance. Tim’s hobbies include date nights with his daughters, touring baseball stadiums with his son, and enjoying a fine whiskey on the golf course with friends. During football season, Tim can be found at Hawkeye games with friends and family cheering on his favorite team.

ASHLEY HENRY

Co-owner/Office Manager

Ashley grew up in Southern Colorado where she excelled in volleyball and basketball. She attended college on a volleyball scholarship and while there she discovered her passion for nursing and caring for others. While studying for her degree, Ashley met Tim, while working as a waitress in downtown Denver. Ashley and Tim were later married and settled down in Denver before moving their family to Iowa. They now reside in Hunters Ridge with their 3 amazing children and enjoy watching them excel in school, sports and activities. Ashley enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, and staying active outdoors. Ashley may be new to living in Iowa, but her love for the Hawkeyes has grown over the past decade watching and attending games. Her favorite thing about being a Hawkeye is participating in ‘The Wave’!

MATT RANDKLEV

Project Manager

Matt was also born and raised in Marion but is the only Linn-Mar graduate on the team. He attended UNI for Education and played on the football team. After college, he became a teacher and has a passion for educating today’s youth. He is currently a high school football coach at Cedar Rapids Prairie. Matt is well-rounded in the trades and brings to us a lot of industry experience. Matt is our solar specialist with 6 years of solar industry experience. Matt’s hobbies include cheering on the Hawkeyes and spending time at the gym (so he can earn his next beer).
